This expert consensus was organized and formulated by the Specialized Committee on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Lymphoma, China Anti-Cancer Association, systematically sorts out the TCM definitions and core pathogenesis of treatment-related complications of lymphoma, and clarifies the core advantages and overall management principles of TCM intervention. The consensus focuses on ten common complications following chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immuno-targeted therapies, and provides specific diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations from the perspectives of TCM syndrome differentiation, therapeutic principles and methods, herbal decoctions, patented Chinese medicines, and non-pharmacological interventions. Emphasis is placed on syndrome-based treatment and dynamic adjustment, while clarifying the medication safety warning of TCM patent medicines. It provides practical guidance integrating TCM characteristics and evidence-based basis for clinical integrated Chinese and Western medicine prevention and treatment of lymphoma complications, and gives full play to the integrated synergistic effect of TCM in the comprehensive treatment of lymphoma.
